TERMS OF SERVICE also known as TERMS OF CONDITION/USER AGREEMENT. One must apply to all rules and terms applied by Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. on using said website or, on the terms of purchasing item(s) from Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. *By proceeding with my website users are bound to all terms.

DESCRIPTION: An accurate description is provided for all of the products sold by Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. to the best of the knowledge of Lookin Good Babe LLC. and will not be held responsible for any errors.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: If for any reason there is a dispute with Lookin' Good Babe LLC. products, shipping cost, returns, refunds, or lost items, then Lookin' Good Babe, LLC is willing to negotiate to resolve any issues. Lookin' Good Babe, LLC is not willing to negotiate taxes or allergies/sensitivities to any products purchases. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES: Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction due to sensitivity to a purchased product. *PLEASE* read each description carefully and thoroughly for any known allergy one might have and proced with caution when purchasing said product. Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. prioritizes to use the safest products possible, yet success may not be attainable in every situation. 

TAX & SHIPPING: The original price of the item shown does not included taxes or shipping cost. Upon clicking the item(s) and adding it/them to the cart and proceeding to check out, the tax fees and shipping fees will automatically appear. The buyer is ALWAYS responsible for the tax and shipping cost.

EXCHANGES: There will be NO exchanges!

RETURNS: There is a 30 day limit on returns. **The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. After the item(s) have been returned to Lookin Good Babe LLC, a full purchase refund is deposited back to the buyer. The deposit will show in the customers bank account based on the bank that is used by the customer. 

SHIPPING: Items are generally shipped within 24hrs. Shipping is handled by USPS(United States Postal Services) with Ground Shipping ONLY! Shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping cost will automatically be applied when checking out.

ON TIME DELIVERY: Once the package is dropped off to the USPS by Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. the responsibility does not fall on Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. for late packages. The USPS is now responsible for on time delivery and/or delay of all packages. Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. is not reliable for late packages due to the malfunctions of the USPS shipping times.

LOST PACKAGES: If packages are lost, there MUST be proof of missing package(s). Proof of missing package(s) must be provided by the customer from the USPS that the package(s) were not delivered. Once proof has been established by the customer from the USPS, a full purchase refund will be applied back to the customer. **If liable proof can not be provided by the customer from the USPS then Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. is *NOT responsible for a full refund or any refund. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES: Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. will handle any and all damaged item(s) due to delivery mishandling. If an item is damaged due to a delivery mishap, a photo proof of said damage(s) *MUST be proven and provided to Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. in order to get a full refund for said damages. Once a photo has been provided to Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. of said damages and Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. has aproved the said damages are factually caused by delivery mishandling, then the damaged item(s) MUST be returned to Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. for a full refund. Lookin' Good Babe, LLC. will pay for the shipping cost for the damaged item(s) to be returned. Once the item(s) is returned then a full refund will be applied back to the customer. Lookin' Good Babe, LLC has the right to deny any full refund for any damaged item(s) if the item(s) seem to be purposely compromised and fabrication was falsified! 

CONTENT: I hearby clarify that all images, content, descriptions, and logos on the LOOKIN' GOOD BABE, LLC. website are the property of LOOKIN' GOOD BABE, LLC and are protected from copyright and trademark by law and said property *CAN NOT be used under any circumstances.
